چکیده
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) remains a serious medical issue worldwide, because of its high prevalence, temporary disability and mortality rate. TBI is more common in young middle-aged, i.e. the most active labor market, social relations part population. damage to from an external mechanical force, leading or permanent impairments cognitive, physical, psychosocial functions, with altered state consciousness. For detailed understanding topic, CT data our own research conducted at GE LightSpeed VCT.

Imaging in traumatic brain injury
Conventional imaging of the injured brain relies on X-ray CT, with the Marshall score commonly use to grade the severity of injury. CT is very useful at identifying skull and facial trauma, characterizing surgical lesions, and providing evidence of significant brain swelling that contributes to intracranial hypertension. However, there is increasing recognition that CT may be an inadequate mean...
متن کاملIdentification of Imaging and Clinical Markers Predicting Chronic Sleep Disturbances After Traumatic Brain Injury in Adults
Background and Aim: We aimed to determine the prognostic imaging and clinical markers of chronic Post-Traumatic Sleep-Wake Disorders (PTSWDs) with a special focus on the early cognitive and executive dysfunctions following Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). The prevalence rate of Post-Traumatic Psychiatric Disorders (PTPDs) in various sleep disorders was also investigated. Methods and Materials/Pat...
متن کاملImaging of Traumatic Brain Injury
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) represents an enormous public health challenge and is often associated with life long neurobehavioral sequelae in survivors. Several factors including higher percentages of individuals surviving TBI, as well as increasing concern about potential long term sequelae of even relatively mild injuries is changing the role of neuroimaging in the management of this conditi...
